I have exceptional administrative skills as well as extensive Microsoft Office Suite experience- Excel, Word, PowerPoint. I am great with people, customer service is my main forte, with over 10 years of experience in retail settings and now, online retail.

I have recently worked with an amazing company for the past two years, working as a Customer Service Manager and Human Resources Manager, overseeing a team of 60+ agents. I have learned so much, implemented training initiatives, policies and procedures, hire and termination criteria, recruitment, reports, returns and exchanges and orders management, database management, quality assurance initiative, and much more.

I have experienced so much professional and individual growth working within this organization. The company has moved in another direction, centralizing their office in Hong Kong, and I have made the decision to not continue my career with them there. I am keen to stay working as a remote consultant.

I possess excellent command of the English language, being a native English speaker, and type 80-85 WPM.
