During my career I have worked in or with many industries including retail, consumer finance, staffing, call centers, marketing research, manufacturing and have held various positions including Software Developer, Systems Administrator, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Business and Data Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Team Lead, Credit Analyst, Operations Analyst and Manager. I am able to work independently or work in teams.
From an academic standpoint, I have completed undergraduate degrees in Management, Marketing, and Computer Science as well as graduate degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. I am currently working on my PhD in Information Technology in an effort to level up my nerd card to platinum. My goal with the PhD is to work in the field and teach undergraduate courses.
In my spare time, I enjoy coaching youth baseball, mentoring others, and Science Fiction (Star Trek, Star Wars, DC and Marvel).
