- Processing freight claims
- Auditing shipments
- Managing 3PL warehouse accounts
- Managing product inventory
- Understanding customer compliance and routing guides
- Creating and updating customer compliance guides in our data base
- Understanding customers who use EDI
- Invoice processing
- Auditing monthly commission reviews
- Preparation and processing of deals in SugarCRM
- Training coworkers
- Creating documents on policies and procedures
- Maintain strong communication between finance and buying/selling department
- Research and assess customer charge backs that claim we were non-compliant
- Analyze warehouse cost per region
- Conduct warehouse RFP’s
- Maintain high customer service
- Problem solve issues in a timely manner
