Hours of Operation
Available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
Messages received outside these hours will be answered the next business day.
Sundays are non-working days unless discussed in advance.
Communication
All communication will be through Guru messages, WhatsApp.
Weekly progress check-ins and support are included.
Response time: within 24 hours on working days.
All workout or diet updates will be confirmed in writing for clarity.
Payment Terms
Full advance payment is required before starting the program.
Payments can be made securely through Guru SafePay or PayPal.
Work begins once the payment is confirmed.
Monthly or custom-duration plans are prepaid.
No refunds after the personalized plan has been created and delivered.
Revisions / Adjustments
Includes 1–2 adjustments per month, depending on progress.
Major changes or new goals will be treated as a new plan.
Every plan is tailored to your fitness level, equipment, and personal goals.
