My name is John and I am the owner of GravityArt 3D Studio. I am an expert in 2D & 3D modeling with over 10 years of practical real-world experience.
I hold a degree in Architectural Technology and for the past 8 years have been a professional BIM/MEP coordinator on some of the largest construction projects in the Midwest. Currently, my day job is Senior VDC Engineer for a global construction company in Chicago and I’ve had an opportunity to work on some of the largest construction projects in the country. My side work has had me working on smaller project like home remodels and additions up to mid-range projects for companies such as Google, Level 3 Communications, Microsoft and Bitcoin. I am an expert in AutoCad, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Navisworks and many other software packages.

I always guarantee my work and I feel that for a great professional relationship to exist communication is paramount. The majority of my clients are repeat customers and have been with me for a long time.
Work Terms
I generally commit too evening hours and I do work weekends. I prefer to work by project rather than hourly as I feel that this works out best for my clients budgets. I generally invoice through square for my clients in the United States and I use Paypal for my European clients. Communication is very important to me and I typically set up shared cloud folders to share progress images and information.
