Payment Terms:
- Hourly engagements billed at agreed rate, with a minimum engagement of 3 months for ongoing work.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or per platform terms.
- For project-based or package work, full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Communication:
- Preferred channels: platform messaging, video calls (active clients), or Whatsapp (active clients)
- I respond to messages within 24 hours during standard working days.
- Status updates and progress reporting are included as part of structured engagements.
Engagement Guidelines:
- Work is scoped in advance to ensure clarity and alignment with goals.
