I'm John Kevin Villar. I enrolled in a course for a Computer Technology degree from the System Technology Institute in Naga City, Philippines. I am highly skilled in terms of Computer and website/system navigation. I can work under pressure and am keen on details. I have a sense of urgency and can work with minimum supervision. I am a very fast learner and worker. I will come into the role, fit into the team quickly and work at a very fast pace to ensure you see a positive return on your investment.

I worked for 2 years and 2 months at a BPO company as a Customer Support, Technical Support, and Product Support Specialist, in a standard-based online educational learning system/platform in the U.S. known as Imagine Learning Platform. We resolve tickets through Zendesk representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

As a Technical Support Representative and Customer Support Representative, we will provide technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software. We offer to monitor computer systems without fail and immediately perform bug fixes when they arise. We are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, diagnosing solutions as well as configuring hardware and software. Solid knowledge of information system and communication network maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, administrative support, and user management. Highly effective team player, with proven success in quality control, customer service, technical support, and operations analysis.

I have also experience as well from my previous work with a BPO company on how to track deliveries within a U.S based company that is tracking all the loads and truck/trailer delivery to ensure that the loads and products are rolling well for on-time delivery and will be successfully delivered.

Work Terms

I can be able to work for more than 40 hours per week and the payment terms will be due by the end of the month and can be received through PayPal or directly through my personal bank account. We can be able to communicate through Skype, Slack, and Email.
