For about four years now, I've worked as a customer and technical support representative with a couple of BPO companies in the Philippines supporting various products. I've learned a lot about providing excellent customer service but there's more to learn so I'm very open for opportunities that teach me things that I don't know yet that would help me and the company's growth.
Work Terms
I prefer daytime in the Philippines but still open to follow other countries time zone and I'd like a bi-monthly payment. Any type of communication would be fine except calling/texting me on my cell as signal is weak inside the house.
