Excel Data Entry & Reporting Specialist
I’ve spent much of my career working with structured data that needed to be accurate, consistent, and ready for reporting. In practice, that has meant a lot of Excel-based data entry, validation, consolidation, and preparation of summary reports for institutional and decision-making use.
In recent years, my work has included handling large datasets for government and consulting assignments, where results had to meet predefined formats and automation standards. Errors were costly, timelines were fixed, and clarity mattered. That environment shaped how I approach data work today: careful first, efficient second, and always transparent about assumptions.
I’m comfortable starting with straightforward data entry or data cleaning tasks and then taking on more analytical responsibilities as projects evolve. Typical work I handle includes Excel data entry, formatting and standardization, cross-checking datasets, consolidating multiple files, and producing basic summaries that make information easier to interpret.
I enjoy remote, project-based work and collaborate well with teams that value clear instructions and timely feedback. Over time, I’m intentionally building toward higher-level data analysis, but I remain grounded in doing the fundamentals well.
If you’re looking for someone reliable with Excel, structured data, and reporting discipline, I’m happy to connect.

My rates start at USD 15 per hour vary depending on the nature and magnitude of the assignment. My tools of choice are Microsoft Excel, Word, and Online Data Systems. I prefer flexible working arrangements, especially remote-friendly assignments. My time zone is East African Standard time, but I can easily adapt to client schedules.
