Work Terms

Availability: I am available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (WAT, GMT+1). I typically respond to messages within 2–4 hours during working hours.


Communication: I prefer clear, detailed project briefs at the start of every engagement. I provide regular progress updates and am available via Guru messaging throughout the project lifecycle.


Payment Terms: I work with milestone-based payments for larger projects and hourly billing for ongoing or open-ended work. An initial deposit may be required for new clients before work commences.


Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revision rounds beyond this will be billed at my standard hourly rate.


Delivery: I provide realistic timelines upfront and commit to meeting agreed deadlines. Rush delivery (within 24–48 hours) is available for an additional fee depending on project complexity.


Tools & Collaboration: I use Git/GitHub for version control and can collaborate via Figma, Trello, Notion, or any project management tool preferred by the client.


Confidentiality: I respect client privacy and am willing to sign NDAs upon request.
