Hello,

My name is Johnny Johnson and I am a Lean Certified Project Manager. I use Lean principles to strip your on going projects of any wasteful activities. From start to end (initiation, planning, execution, and closure) each phase will be looked over with a ' Lean lens. It's my job to make sure your projects are ran as smoothly as possible.

I won't bore you with a long winded examples but here are a few things you can expect if you choose to work with me:

1) I'll read through or help create a deep dive survey to best find your market's trigger words.

2) I’ll create a ‘single piece flow’ for each of your projects ( efficient flow for each project)

3) I’ll create soap opera style emails that 'force' your readers to click through to the next email.

4) I know what it's like to sell a product or service online. you are working with someone who knows the struggle.

5) Because there will be single piece flow each stage of a project will have fewer defects. ( each stage will have improved work flow)

6) I only work for clients that I mesh with. Because of this, if we work together I will treat you like family.

7) I'll work with you to launch hyper focused, campaigns that people love receiving.

8) I have a knowledgeable base that extends to but not limited to, basketball, personal fitness, boxing, bjj, dating, value investing, personal finance and a ton of other things so I won't have a problem understanding your market or product.

9)The Lean Process if implemented will enable you to see future problems easier because the project flow will be open
