Work Terms

Hours of Operations:

My standard working hours are 8 hours, in your standard time, from Monday to Friday.
I'm flexible with scheduling and can accommodate adjustments if necessary, with prior discussion and agreement.
Payment Terms:

Payment terms are Wise and Paypal, with 50% due upfront before the project begins.
Milestone payments may be required for larger projects, with specific deliverables tied to each milestone.
Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the final video files.
Accepted payment methods, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure payment platforms.
Invoices will be provided for each payment milestone, detailing the services rendered and the amount due.

Preferred Communication Style:

I prefer communication via email, messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp), or scheduled video calls.
Regular check-ins and updates will be provided throughout the project via the agreed-upon communication channels.
I aim to respond to messages and emails within working hours, except during non-working hours or weekends, where responses may be delayed.
For urgent matters or immediate feedback, please feel free to reach out, and I will make every effort to accommodate your request as soon as possible.
