I used to work as an Operations Analyst in a Logistics/Haulier company in Singapore that provides its service - container empty collection, export, import and LCL clearance to our varous customers.I handled people management and also administrative work.
Previous to that, I used to work with IBM Philippines initially as a Customer Representative and eventually climbed the ladder to become a Subject Matter Expert.
I also started my call center career at Telectech being a Technical Support Representative wayback 2005.
Prior to be immersed in the call center industry, I used to work with 2 world Bank and Canadian funded agencies as a Renumerator, Information, Education and Communication Specialist, got involved in Training as well.
Lastly, my first year after graduation wayback 1991, I started as an Editiorial Assistant and become Senior Editor in a publishing firm.
I love cooking, reading, gardening and watching movies.
