About

I am an Electrical Engineer/Computer Programmer who has a normal 8 to 5. I love working on different kinds of projects, it keeps my interests peaked

I started out as a residential/commercial electrician out of high school. In 2001, I joined the United States Air Force and became an instrumentation and flight controls technician. After seeing the world I came back home and went to work doing automation for drilling rigs and ships...I learned a lot about engineering and programming during this time. I eventually left to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering and am now an Electrical Engineer for a power company.
I put my engineering and programming skills to good use at work, but the scope is pretty limited...that is why I am here. I want side projects outside my field (power) to keep me challenged. I am a problem solver, even outside of work I still need to be working on something. This is also why my rates are low, I'm not here for the money but the experience and the challenge.

Work Terms

My hours fall around my normal work (8-5), but I am always available via email. After 5, I am available for calls, video meetings etc.
