Driving Supply Chain Transformation through OMP & SAP Expertise
Company History
OSI Global Consulting is a boutique management consultancy specialising in supply chain optimisation, advanced planning systems, and ERP implementation.
We build on the legacy of OSI Global Supply Chain B.V., founded in the Netherlands in 2013 and successfully delivered to multinational clients across Europe and Latin America before transitioning into OSI Global Consulting SL in Spain.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring clients achieve measurable improvements in service, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.
Over the last decade, our consultants have:
Implemented OMP and SAP S/4HANA solutions for global companies in manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
Led ERP deployments across multiple countries in Europe and Latin America, coordinating cutover, dry runs, and hypercare.
Delivered operational transformation projects that reduced logistics costs by 20–35% and improved demand forecasting accuracy.
Trained and mentored over 100+ client stakeholders, embedding capability and knowledge within client teams.
Our differentiator is agility: unlike large consultancies, we can mobilise senior expertise quickly, tailor solutions, and provide freelance ERP and supply chain specialists where and when clients need them most.
Founded: 2013
