Work Terms

Project Start and Payment

Mandatory Down Payment: To start any project, without exception, 50% of the total cost in advance is required.

Non-Refundable: This advance payment secures your space in my work schedule and is non-refundable once the project has begun.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due at the end of the project, just before the delivery of the final files.

3. Communication

Official Channels: All communication related to the project (sending information, feedback, revisions) will be handled exclusively through WhatsApp. This allows us to have a clear record of everything agreed upon.

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. Revisions and Changes

Rounds Included: Each project includes two (2) rounds of review. One “round” is a consolidated list of changes requested by the client.

Additional Revisions: If additional revisions are needed, they will cost extra and will be calculated at my hourly rate ($[Your hourly rate]). You will be notified before proceeding.

Client Responsibility: In order to meet deadlines, it is critical that you deliver information and feedback in a clear and timely manner.
