Real estate development consultant

I am a diligent investment analyst/adviser who has been in the financial services industry for a large part of my career spanning ten years. I have been engaged in alternative assets from an investment perspective where I have gained invaluable knowledge and skill in investment advisory in this rather complex asset class.

Within the real estate spectrum, my skill set comprises providing; zoning analysis, investment and financial analysis, financial modelling, business valuation, financial forecasting and budgeting, deal structuring, and information memorandum/offering memorandum. In addition, I possess sound and practical risk management skills, financial accounting knowledge and investment appraisal techniques. I have been involved over the years largely with corporate financing transactions as well as project finance transactions in the real estate sector. I am great in providing good investor pitches decks and business plans for my clients who are seeking to raise much-needed capital for their businesses and projects alike.

Work Terms

I am readily available to work 30+hours per week as from 8.00 - 5.00 EAT. My preferred mode of communication would be through MS Teams, Google Meet and Zoom for meetings and online freelance messaging system, email messaging or Whatsapp for faster communication.
