Property Listing Operations Specialist & Marketing Coordinator

I provide administrative and operational support with a strong focus on real estate listing coordination and marketing preparation. My background includes several years of experience managing documentation, scheduling, reporting, and daily operations, where organisation and accuracy are essential.

I previously worked in a real estate company earlier in my career, which gave me early exposure to the property industry. Today, I combine that experience with my administrative strengths to support real estate agents with listing preparation, marketing coordination, and property promotion tasks.

My work includes preparing and organising listing information, coordinating marketing materials such as property photos and e-brochures, updating property platforms, and assisting with social media marketing for listings. I also help review property photos and suggest simple staging improvements when needed to help listings present better online.

I’m comfortable working remotely and independently, and I focus on being reliable, organised, and detail-oriented so agents can spend more time on clients while I support the operational side behind the scenes.

I work remotely and like to keep things organised and straightforward. Clear information and good communication always help make the process smooth for both sides.
