HR Operations, Excel & Document Automation | Accurate Support for Employee Records, Workflows and Business Administration
I am an HR operations professional with 4.5 years of hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle administration, backed by more than 10 years in customer service and retail management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management.
I help businesses complete detailed administrative work accurately, organize employee information, improve recurring processes, and reduce time spent on repetitive document and spreadsheet tasks.
My areas of support include:
* HRIS data entry and employee record updates
* Onboarding, offboarding, and employment-change administration
* Electronic personnel file organization
* HR inbox and service-request support
* Signed-form and policy-acknowledgment administration
* HR data reviews, reconciliation, and exception reporting
* Process documentation, checklists, forms, and SOPs
* Excel data cleanup, formulas, lookups, and workflow tools
* PDF organization, bulk file renaming, and document routing
* Lightweight Python utilities for repetitive document work
* Professional email and administrative support
My experience includes ADP Workforce Now, Taleo, ServiceDesk, DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, shared-drive document management, Python, pathlib, shutil, and pypdf.
I approach every project with clear communication, careful quality review, practical organization, and respect for confidential information. My goal is to deliver work that solves the immediate problem and remains understandable and useful after the project is complete.
Work Terms
I am based in Oregon and primarily work during Pacific Time business hours. Some evening or weekend availability may be arranged when a project requires it.
Before beginning work, I confirm the project scope, deliverables, source files, access requirements, deadlines, and completion standards. I will identify unclear instructions or missing information before proceeding instead of making assumptions that could create errors.
Communication:
* I normally respond to project messages within one business day.
* Progress updates are provided at agreed milestones.
* Questions, exceptions, and potential delays are communicated promptly.
* All project communication and file exchanges should remain within Guru.
Pricing and payment:
* Fixed-price projects should have an approved and funded SafePay milestone before work begins.
* Hourly projects should include an agreed weekly limit and clearly defined priorities.
* Additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before it is completed.
Turnaround time:
* Small, clearly defined projects can often be completed within two to five business days.
* Larger or ongoing projects will receive an agreed schedule based on volume, complexity, and source-file quality.
* Rush work may be available by prior agreement.
One reasonable revision is included with most fixed-price projects when the request remains within the original scope. Client information and documents will be handled confidentially and used only to complete the agreed work.
