Interior Designer | CAD Drafting, Revit Plans, SketchUp + Renders

I’m a freelance interior designer with over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. I specialize in drafting plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. For 3D modeling, I work with SketchUp or Revit, and I create renderings using Lumion and Enscape.

I support designers and architects around the world by delivering:
• Clean and accurate CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, RCPs)
• Detailed 3D models and realistic renderings
• Moodboards and FF&E documentation for client presentations

Whether you need construction drawings or client-ready visuals, I provide organized, on-brand design support you can rely on.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippine Time).
Weekend availability upon request, especially for urgent deadlines or international clients.

Payment Terms:
Hourly and fixed-price projects are accepted.
Payments must be processed via SafePay. For fixed-price projects, milestones are preferred for smoother progress tracking.

Communication:
Available via Guru messaging for project discussions and updates.
File sharing through Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer is supported.

Turnaround Time:
Delivery times depend on project scope. Typical turnaround for 2D drawings: 2–5 business days.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, depending on urgency and complexity.
