I specialize in transforming HubSpot into a fully integrated platform that supports marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
I design, implement, and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs. My work includes CRM architecture, custom objects and properties, advanced workflow automation, lifecycle management, and permissions setup—all aligned with real business processes.
I also deliver integration and data engineering services, building native and API-based connections between HubSpot and third-party systems such as CRMs, ERPs, billing platforms, and analytics tools. I handle data migrations, cleansing, and governance to ensure long-term data accuracy and scalability.
In addition,
I create custom reports and dashboards tailored to leadership and team KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making. For teams using HubSpot CMS,

Work Terms

Engagement Type
Services are provided on a freelance or contract basis, available for short-term projects, long-term engagements, or ongoing support.
Scope of Work
The scope of work is defined and agreed upon prior to project start. Services may include HubSpot implementation, customization, automation, integrations, data migration, reporting, CMS development, audits, and ongoing optimization.
Availability & Communication
Availability is agreed upon at the start of each engagement. Communication is handled through agreed channels such as messages in the app, with regular status updates provided as needed.
Rates & Billing
Work is billed on an hourly, monthly retainer, or fixed-price basis depending on the project. Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing schedule and are payable within the specified payment terms.
Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines are established during onboarding. Deliverables are completed according to agreed milestones. Changes to scope or timelines may require a revised agreement.
Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope. Additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Confidentiality
All client data, systems, and business information are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed upon request.
Ownership & Access
All work completed for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment. Access to systems and accounts must be provided by the client to ensure timely delivery.
Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support and maintenance are available through retainers or separate agreements after project completion.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the terms defined in the agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.Engagement Type
