I am a Civil Engineer from Colombia with experience in construction, structural analysis, BIM modeling, quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and project supervision. Over the years I have worked on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, supporting teams with technical drawings, field inspections, material estimates, quality control reports, and project planning.
I work with tools such as AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, SAP2000, and Power BI to deliver accurate designs, analyses, and data-driven insights. I enjoy solving construction problems and providing clear technical solutions related to cracks, moisture issues, leveling, drainage problems, structural behavior, and general site conditions.
I am passionate about continuous improvement, attention to detail, and professional communication. My goal is to deliver reliable engineering support to clients around the world while building long-term working relationships. Outside of engineering, I enjoy learning new tools, staying active, and exploring new ideas related to construction technology and project management.
Work Terms
I am available Monday to Saturday, and I adapt my schedule depending on the client’s needs. I respond quickly to messages and keep communication clear and professional.
I accept fixed-price or hourly contracts and provide progress updates during the project.
I deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
