Helping businesses close the gap between strategy and execution by building the systems, structures, and management practices that drive performance.
I founded Jaio BMC in 2021 after spending several years inside organisations that had real ambition but struggled to execute consistently.
Across financial services, healthcare, education, and professional services, I kept seeing the same pattern: the ideas were rarely the problem. The systems, structures, processes, and management mechanisms needed to carry those ideas forward usually were.
That's the gap I built Jaio BMC to close.
I hold the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation and work with business owners, executives, management teams, and educational institutions. My engagements typically involve diagnosing where an organisation is losing ground operationally, then designing and implementing the structures, processes, governance systems, and performance frameworks required for sustainable growth.
Recent work has included developing a performance-based strategic marketing and execution roadmap for a digital safety and emergency response platform targeting 60,000 users and ₦100M in first-year revenue, as well as advising private secondary schools on institutional performance and operational governance.
I work best with founders and executives who have built something real and are now dealing with the organisational complexity that comes with growth: unclear accountability, founder dependency, weak follow-through, operational bottlenecks, or a strategy that keeps stalling at implementation.
If that sounds familiar, I'd be glad to learn more about your organisation and the challenges you're working through.
Work Terms
Engagement Structure
I work on both hourly and fixed-price engagements, depending on the nature and scope of the work. Short diagnostic, advisory, or review assignments are often best suited to hourly arrangements. Structured engagements with defined deliverables, such as operational reviews, strategic planning projects, governance assessments, or process documentation initiatives, are typically scoped as fixed-price projects.
Communication
I aim to respond to all project-related messages within one business day. For active engagements, I generally prefer scheduled check-ins over ad hoc communication, typically weekly or biweekly depending on project requirements. English is my primary working language, and I use Guru's platform messaging for all project-related communications.
Engagement Process
Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation to clarify objectives, constraints, stakeholders, and expected outcomes. For fixed-price projects, I provide a clear scope of work before any contract is finalised. Work begins only after agreement on scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms.
Revisions
Deliverables include reasonable revisions based on agreed objectives and structured client feedback. If your feedback materially changes the agreed scope, I'll flag it and we'll agree on revised terms before proceeding.
Availability
I am based in Lagos, Nigeria (WAT, UTC+1) and available Monday through Friday. I intentionally maintain a limited client portfolio to ensure each engagement receives adequate attention and support.
Fit
I work best with clients who are clear about the problems they are trying to solve, open to honest diagnostic findings, and committed to implementation. My work is best suited to organisations that intend to act on the findings and recommendations, not simply document them.
