Mechanical Engineer | CAD Design | CFD | Embedded Systems | Software Development

Mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in product development, CFD analysis, CAD design, embedded systems, and software development. Experience includes DFM (Design for Manufacturing), GD&T, tolerance analysis, injection mold design, mechanical design review, engineering validation, and practical manufacturing considerations.

Software development background includes Java, C++, embedded C, C#, Python, FPGA-related development, image processing, and DART.

Experience with PLA-based 3D printing, prototype validation, and plastic injection molding. Strong practical background in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold-friendly part design, and production-oriented CAD development.

Work Terms

I am flexible with working hours and typically available for around 6 hours per day, depending on project requirements and deadlines.

Regarding CAD work, I primarily use Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modeling and design tasks. I have experience working with CAD data from various external environments through neutral formats such as STEP, enabling cross-platform data review and interpretation.
If required, CAD models can be modified or adapted, provided that Fusion 360-compatible data or appropriate access to the client’s working environment is available.
The primary deliverable format is STEP, and cross-platform data handling may require alignment on file compatibility and workflow conditions.

Regarding CFD-related tasks, I focus on developing engineering insights, including analysis review, interpretation of results, performance trend analysis, and directions for design optimization. CAD models can be modified if Fusion 360-compatible data is provided, or if the client provides the necessary access rights or a suitable CAD working environment..

For communication, I prioritize clear and detailed written communication via email to ensure accuracy and avoid missing any important details. For faster coordination, I also use WhatsApp when needed, and phone calls can be arranged for urgent or complex discussions.

For payments, I prefer PayPal for its convenience and reliability in international transactions.
