Mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in product development, CFD analysis, CAD design, embedded systems, and software development. Experience includes DFM (Design for Manufacturing), GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, Injection Mold Design, Mechanical Design Review, engineering validation, and practical manufacturing considerations.
Experience with PLA-based 3D printing, prototype validation, and plastic injection molding. Strong practical background in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold-friendly part design, and production-oriented CAD development.
