I have been practicing HR for more than 10 years and has been on a managerial capacity of 6 years already. My exposure in HR encompasses all areas having been employed from different companies.

I am knowledgeable and experienced on the following areas:
- end to end recruitment
- market study of industry salary
- creation and review of salary structure
- administration of compensation and benefits
- conduct trainings
- creation of employee handbook
- setting up of HR for start ups

As far as achievements is concerned, to name a few:
- was able to hire 6 sales representatives located across Europe for an events company in the US (lead time of 3 months but was able to hire 6 in 1 month)
- sourced executive positions for an executive search firm in France
- lead a recruitment campaign for 200 seats in a BPO company in the Philippines

It's not all about work though. On my free time, I enjoy reading books, getting busy with my hands on arts and crafts and surfs the net for some online classes.

Work Terms

I can dedicate 20 to 40 hours of work a week depending on the project.
I'd prefer to be paid via Payoneer but I do have a Paypal account just in case.
I would prefer regular communication with the client to make sure that we are aligned in terms of project objectives.
