I am a former secretary and receptionist with and now a nurse who has experience in both and is now supervising from the office of a home health care agency.

I was a former secretary, receptionist and data entry operator for over 17 years and then i went to nursing school at conestoga college in Kitchener and became a nurse. For the last 20 years i have nursed in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, home care agencies and i also taught the psw program at Everest college for 4 years and I ran the program for the last 2 years that i worked there, including arranging placement of the students. I wrote for the school newsletter on general interest topics related to health and wellness, also while I was there.

I have started a blog to assist people with information in nursing and health and wellness, as well I will have natural products available on my web site because there does have to be an income or some kind.

I would like to write articles for magazines on nursing and health and wellness issues and topics as well as answering peoples questions on my web site and writing my blog.

I am interested in music. i have taken lessons and played both the keyboard and the flute since public school though not as well as i would like.

I am very interested in trivia and facts. I find Information is fun to share.

I camp in the summer and swim and ride my bike. I read a lot in the winter and now I am also writing.

I am now supervising staff at a home care agency where I am trying to answer questions and assist customers and staff with their issues as best as i can.
There isn't always easy answers to peoples issues and they don't always want to hear the answer either.

Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them and hear their concerns.
I can do that too.

i have raised my children and look forward to the next phase, whatever that may bring. I am excited to see what will come next for all of us, for the world and for us Canadians as well.
