Versatile Virtual Administrative Assistant

Over the last six years, I have been able to assist senior managers, CEOs, and junior managers increase their efficiency and productivity by managing calendars, email and chat support, data entry, taking minutes etc.

In 2013, by being a fast learner and with a passion to learn new things, I was able to introduce a digital calendar to my seniors which saved time, especially during scheduling inter-branch, and customer meetings.

During this time, I stepped in to offer email management to one of my senior bosses, who had reached the inbox limit for his emails and couldn't send or receive. Through reading, deleting, and unsubscribing, inbox zero was achieved and enabled him to operate smoothly. Labels, folders, and filters came in handy as well.

In 2014&2015, I was ranked top in a logistics company with ten branches, as the best customer services representative, based on the number of complaints received verse closed cases. A customer survey was also conducted, which ranked me top as the most friendly and approachable person preferred by several customers.
In 2019, in a manufacturing company, due to my eye for details and high accuracy level in data entry, I was assigned to be in charge of crucial raw materials, which were imported from China. Accurate minimum order quantities and stock levels, timely placing of orders and frequent follows-ups, reduced machine stoppage time. Due to these, customers orders were ready in time and in turn increased company sales.

Over the last few months, I have accessorized my skills and experience from the On-site setting with virtual assistant trainings, and YouTube tutorials, where I learned the following tools to enable me to transition to working virtually:

Among many others.

Work Terms

I am available 8hrs a day, Monday to Saturday. My preferred payment method is via PayPal. I am not a video person, but working on it, I prefer voice calls, chats or emails as my mode of communication.
