Successfully managing her own professional and executive recruitment and placement firm—JWN Recruitment—since 2008, Natalie has over 25 years staffing and recruiting experience including posts with agencies as well as a dedicated recruiter within Human Resource departments for both corporate and nonprofit organizations.
In her current role as President, Natalie specializes in the search for and recruitment of superior candidates for direct hire placement within the professional and executive realm. She focuses on relationship development with her employers while at the same time coaching potential candidates and helping to develop their strengths for future positions within an ever-changing marketplace.
Natalie is frequently a guest speaker at Bryant and Stratton, Everest Institute, and BOCES I & II locations as well as various community initiatives throughout Greater Rochester.
She has served on the Anthony Poselovich Memorial Foundation as a Board Member and as a past member of the Board of Directors for the National Human Resources Association – Rochester Affiliate (seven years). She also serves as Co-Chair of their Special Interest Group (SIG), Pro-ROC (Professional Recruiters of Rochester).
JWN Recruitment was the recipient of the 2013 Corporate Recognition “Making the Difference” honor, awarded by the National Human Resources Association – Rochester Affiliate.
