Work Terms

Availability
I operate as a full-time freelance UI/UX Designer and am available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST). I remain flexible to accommodate client time zones when necessary to ensure efficient communication and project delivery.

Communication
Primary communication will be conducted via Guru messages. For project briefings, updates, or milestone reviews, I am available for scheduled Zoom or Google Meet calls. I respond to all queries within 24 hours, ensuring smooth and consistent collaboration.

Project Management & Tools
I utilize industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch for design and prototyping. Trello, Notion, or Asana can be integrated for workflow transparency upon request. All project assets are shared via Google Drive or Dropbox unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms
All projects are structured with clear milestones, each tied to a defined deliverable. I require SafePay escrow funding prior to the initiation of each milestone. Final deliverables are shared post-approval and milestone payment release.

Revisions Policy
I offer up to two (2) rounds of revisions per milestone to refine the design as per client feedback. Additional revisions are welcomed and billed at a mutually agreed hourly rate.

Intellectual Property Rights
All final deliverables, once approved and paid for in full, are transferred to the client with 100% rights. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio, unless restricted by an NDA.

Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality for all sensitive project information. I am happy to sign an NDA upon request.
