Work Terms

1. Project Milestones & Settlement
Initial Milestone: A 50% upfront project milestone is requested for large or multi-day assignments before starting.
Final Project Release: The remaining balance must be cleared through official channel checkout options upon successful review of the draft. Final editable MS Word and Excel files will be delivered immediately after settlement.
Zero Out-of-Pocket Fees: I operate strictly on a professional freelance basis. I will never pay any administrative, registration, or system fees to process a project.

2. Timelines & Progress Updates
Daily Status updates: For projects spanning multiple days, brief progress updates will be shared every 24 hours.
On-Time Commitment: Deadlines are strictly guaranteed, provided all necessary source materials (clear audio files, PDFs, or data sheets) are provided at launch.

3. Revisions & Project Scope
Complimentary Adjustments: Includes up to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions to correct typographical errors, formatting anomalies, or alignment fixes.
Scope Extensions: Requests for entirely new content, extra data entry rows, or audio files not included in the original agreement will be handled as a separate project extension.

4. Strict Confidentiality All user records, database spreadsheets, and audio files are treated with total data privacy. All temporary project assets are permanently wiped from my local storage 7 days post-completion.
