Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I usually work Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (CET), but I’m flexible when projects require faster delivery or critical support.

Payment Terms:
I prefer project-based pricing rather than hourly billing, as it provides clarity and focus for both sides. My standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon successful delivery of the project. I also provide a guarantee at the beginning of each contract to ensure that the automation I deliver will be functional and aligned with your business needs.

Communication Style:
I believe in clear communication, well-defined structures, and mutual trust. For me, collaboration is not just a project - it’s a partnership. I typically communicate via Slack or email but am always open to adjusting based on the client’s preferences. I value kickoff calls to discuss the scope and fine-tune details, ensuring we’re perfectly aligned from the start. Throughout the project, I provide regular updates so that progress remains transparent and predictable.
