Having majored in English and History and a strong Business background, I am used to reading and varying pieces of literature that cover a range of topics. I am able to pin point and correct grammar and other errors to ensure that what is produced meets the highest standards. With regards to Business, I have worked in the service industry for 2 years as an assistant and as a customer service representative. As a result I have adapted to understanding the specific needs of the individual(s). I am very knowledgeable in the business of online shopping and shipping and the preparation of various types of invoices when required. Overall, I have worked in varying, although connected fields and have been exposed to a wide area of subjects. Very proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access to name a few. Fast learner and able to adapt to varying situations.
Work Terms
My preferred working hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday. Additional days such as Saturdays and Sundays should be requested and payments for these days should be highlighted. Payments should be made preferably fortnightly as invoices are prepared. Communication would be primarily through email and Skype if necessary.
