KAIROS Strategic Consulting is founded by Ratika Garg, who has extensive experience in providing strategic research and consulting to established companies and startups. She is passionate about technologies that have lasting effects on the way we live, behave and interact. She has significant skills in guiding the lifecycle management of innovative products – from conception to commercialization.
With her work spanning numerous business and non-profit environments across North America, Asia and Europe, Ratika has global experience working in cross-cultural settings. Her broad business experience enables her to align innovations with emerging opportunities and accelerate their growth with sustainable business models.
Prior to founding KAIROS Strategic Consulting, Ratika held various senior-level positions at Frost & Sullivan, Grail Research, Springboard Research (now part of Forrester Group), and Evalueserve. In these positions, she played a critical role in delivering powerful growth strategies to leaders and innovators across multiple sectors. Ratika has also authored a number of publications, along with articles for several industry and trade organizations.
Ratika is based in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.
