Customer Service, Translation, Data Entry, Logistics and Finance Professional

I am a result driven, hardworking and capable individual with robust 11 years experience in different industries; 10 years for which was spent in the Banking, Financial Advisory and manufacturing industries. I also have a track record of incessantly satisfying customers in the different industries for which I have worked. I possess good numerical and data entry skills.

I was privileged to have led a team for different task assigments on data entry in the banking software of the institution which we completed before the project timeline.

My highest qualification is a Bachelor of Science(Bsc) degree in Banking and Finance. Had a lot of training programs on customer focus and satisfaction, accounts payables and receivables as well as provision of quality services to a client. I have been voted best worker in my career in two different institutions.

I won a prize in 2009 in Citibank Cameroon for my good performance and exemplary behaviour following a strong worded comment from a top tier client about the services and attention I give to all their transactions. Also, in 2011 I was privileged to be selected best worker for the Citi Country Officer Recognition Program award with a cash prize of USD1200.


With my educational background in English and French, I used to translate documents from French to English for my superiors in all the companies throughout my career.

Work Terms

Monday to Fridays - 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm. Can also work during weekends depending on the remuneration. Payment through bank transfer or Paypal or moneygram or western union.
