Work Terms
Engagement Model:
Fixed-price projects for well-defined deliverables (MIS dashboard, SOP/BRD package, operational audit).
Hourly engagements for ongoing reporting support, process improvement, or interim operations consulting.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects: 40% initial milestone, 60% on delivery (via Guru SafePay or equivalent escrow).
For hourly work: Weekly billing via Guru's time tracking or mutually agreed timesheets.
For direct clients (off-platform): 50% initial, 50% on delivery via bank transfer.
Timeline:
MIS/KPI Dashboard (first version): 5–7 working days after data sharing and KPI finalization.
SOP/BRD Documentation: 7–10 working days depending on process complexity.
Operational Audit: 5 working days for initial findings + 3 days for final report.
Revisions:
2 rounds of revisions included in the base price for dashboards and documentation.
Additional revisions billed at hourly rate or as a separate milestone.
Data Security:
I sign NDAs on request.
Sensitive data is handled via secure channels (Google Drive with restricted permissions, encrypted files, etc.).
Client data is removed from my systems 30 days after project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Communication:
Preferred: WhatsApp, Email, or Guru messaging for daily updates.
Weekly review call (15–30 min) included for projects longer than 1 week.
Response time: Within 4–6 hours during IST business hours (9 AM–7 PM).
Travel:
Based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Open to remote work across India.
Willing to travel for field visits, reviews, or workshops (travel expenses billed separately at actuals).
Cancellation:
If the client cancels mid-project, work completed up to that point is billed proportionally.
If I am unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances, initial payment is refunded for undelivered work.
