I have total work experience of 10 years with IBM Daksh - Customer Service. It was an International Call Center. I have experience in email and chat line of business. We used to handle two chats at the same time. I have been part of operations, training and quality team as well. One month experience in RQT as well - Remote Quality Monitoring. I am now ready to devote 100% of my time on doing online jobs.
