Work Terms

ANDROID APP DEVELOPMENT
Hourly Rate: $5 USD / hour
Minimum Budget: $25 USD

WEB DEVELOPMENT
Hourly Rate: $8 USD / hour
Minimum Budget: $30 USD

Availability: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Response Time: Within 12 hours

Payment Terms:
• Milestone-based payments preferred for fixed-price projects
• Hourly projects billed weekly via Guru SafePay
• Full payment upfront for projects under $50

Project Terms:
• Detailed requirements must be shared before work begins
• 1 round of free revisions included in every project
• Additional revisions billed at the applicable hourly rate
• Source code delivered upon project completion and full payment
• Post-delivery support for minor bug fixes within 7 days

What I Need From You (Android):
• Clear description of app features and screens
• Target Android version and device type
• Reference apps or design inspiration (if any)
• Any API keys, credentials, or assets needed

What I Need From You (Web):
• Website purpose and target audience
• Pages required and all content (text, images, logo)
• Color preferences or brand guidelines
• Reference websites you like (optional but helpful)

I do NOT work on:
• Projects without a clear scope or requirements
• Backend / server-side web development
• WordPress, Wix, or page builder-based websites
• Illegal, unethical, or privacy-violating applications
