My involvement in Business Process Outsourcing for almost six years gave me a strong background in customer service, sales, technical support, chat and email lines of businesses.
I was an agent for three years. I experienced being a Directory Assistance for Australians, a Travel Reservations Associate and Customer Advocate for an American Airline Company, Sales and Technical Support for an American Telecommunications Company, lastly as a Sales and Customer Service Representative for an American Animal Shopping Supplies.
I got bumped as a Communication Trainer after six months in a company. I worked for two years building a strong foundation for our front-liners. I shifted as a Process Trainer for an American credit card company for almost a year. I believe that a strong partnership from Recruitment, Operations, Workforce and IT helped us groom outstanding front-liners to represent our clients.
