Katie graduated from California Baptist University with her Bachelor's in Marketing. Katie has 10 years experience as an analyst and business development director across varied industries, (retail clothing, retail beauty, fitness, lifestyle, etc.) Spending the beginning of her career at a boutique fitness club in Seattle I started as a brand representative and transitioned to Account manager to further my analysis into promotion, retention, etc. After moving down to the Los Angeles area, I began in the retail sector as Lead Stylist where I focused on analyzing business trends including category performance and ROI. She was also responsible for creating, enhancing, updating various forecasts and financial models. These models helped increase the overall sales for the department. While Katie flourished in this industry, she found she was ready for a change in pace. She began working as Marketing Coordinator for Business Catalyst Consulting, where she researched, developed, and monitored performance for various clients. Katie also managed the company website in order to ensure that their offerings remain competitive. Katie has proven to be able to undertake any business venture. Her innovative personality allows her to think outside of the box and to always bring in new outlooks to keep a company flourishing.
