Human Resources Consultant

I have 9 years of providing Human Resources Development services with companies globally in the UK, Australia, Africa, and the USA. The following services provided include supervisory and management training facilitation and coaching, curriculum development, progressive discipline, terminations, recruitment, HR organizational development, policy and procedure manual development, online ADP payroll, data entry, office organization and administration consulting for start-up small businesses to nonprofit organizations. I am seeking contract or freelance opportunities to provide Human Resources Consulting, Payroll and other HR development related capacity.

Work Terms

Hours: My hours of operation are typically 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Time Zone. However, I do offer non-traditional hours for some projects based on need and timelines.

Communication: I am available for communication through Guru email, Skype, and gmail. All other forms of communication must be discussed in advance.

Payment Terms: All payments will be accepted through Guru Safe Pay invoicing and payment system. Set price projects, I require 50% upfront and the remaining balance due upon completion of project.
