Work Terms

Payment Terms
Hourly projects billed at $75–$150 USD/hour depending on complexity. Fixed-price projects require 50% advance, balance upon delivery. Milestone payments for projects over $5,000. Payments via Guru SafePay, bank transfer, or PayPal. Invoices provided with timesheets and deliverables. Two revisions included; additional billed hourly.

Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST. Flexible to accommodate client time zones (Australia, Europe, Asia, Americas). Initial response within 2 business hours. Emergency support available on request. Meetings via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet – schedule 24 hours in advance. Weekend work available with prior agreement.

Communication Style
Email for formal communication and document sharing. WhatsApp/Telegram for quick queries. Project tracking via Guru Workspace, Trello, Asana, or Jira. Weekly progress reports with status, milestones, risks, and next steps. Fluent English for technical and non-technical audiences. All messages acknowledged within 4 hours during business hours.

Project Management Approach
Kick-off: Scoping document, project plan, timeline within 2 days. Regular check-ins and milestone reviews. All deliverables internally reviewed before submission. Handover includes documentation, user guides, training, and knowledge transfer. 30 days post-delivery support for minor queries. Extended support via separate maintenance agreement.

Confidentiality & Data Security
Willing to sign NDAs. All client data and proprietary information handled with strict confidentiality. Full intellectual property rights transferred to client upon final payment.
