Work Terms
I work on a 50/50 payment structure — 50% upfront before work begins, 50% upon delivery. This keeps things fair and committed on both sides.
Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Feedback should be consolidated — not sent in stages — so we can move efficiently without losing momentum.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days per deliverable, depending on scope. Timelines for larger projects are agreed upon before kick-off.
I work best over scheduled calls or Slack. I'm responsive and communicative, but I don't work well with constant check-ins or unscheduled follow-ups. If we set a timeline, I'll stick to it — I ask for the same in return.
