Work Terms

Communication:
I communicate through Guru. Response time within 12–24 hours max. Weekly progress reports are provided for long-term projects.

Payment Terms:
- SafePay is required to begin work.
- For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon final delivery.
- For hourly work: Weekly invoices through Guru’s tracker.
- Milestone-based billing available for larger projects.

Revisions & Support:
- Includes 2-3 free revisions depending on package.
- Additional edits billed at an agreed hourly rate.
- Free technical support for 7 days post-project (or as per agreement).

Confidentiality & IP:
All project files, designs, and deliverables will be your sole property after final payment. NDAs are welcome and respected.

Tools & Platforms:
Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Figma, WordPress, Shopify, and more based on project needs.
