Work Terms
Working Hours:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pakistan Standard Time. I respond to messages within 2 hours during working hours.
Communication:
I use Guru.com messaging system for all communication. I will confirm project details before starting. If any requirement is unclear, I will ask questions first.
Payment Terms:
Payment is released through SafePay after work completion and client approval. For projects over $200, I request a 30 percent advance deposit.
Delivery Time:
Small projects (up to 500 rows): 24 hours
Medium projects (500 to 2000 rows): 48 hours
Large projects (2000+ rows): Discuss timeline before starting
Revisions:
One free revision is included. Additional revisions are charged at my hourly rate. Major scope changes will require a new quote.
Quality Guarantee:
I provide 100 percent accurate work. I check all data twice before delivery. If any error is found, I fix it for free within 24 hours.
Confidentiality:
Client data is never shared. I delete all client files from my system after project completion and payment release.
Project Cancellation:
If client cancels after work has started, payment for completed work will be charged at hourly rate. Full cancellation before starting has no fee.
