Work Terms
### 1. Payment Terms & Milestone Structure
I prefer to work using Guru's SafePay system, which ensures mutual financial security. Depending on the project type, I utilize two structures:
* **Fixed-Price Projects:** Divided into clear, deliverable-based milestones (e.g., 30% on initial prototype/draft, 40% on functional build/beta version, and 30% upon final delivery, testing, and approval).
* **Hourly Projects:** Tracked transparently via Guru’s Time Tracker tool.
### 2. Project Scope & Revisions
* **Detailed Briefing:** Before work begins, we will mutually agree upon a detailed scope of work document outlining all deliverables, operational rules, or Excel/VBA requirements.
* **Revisions:** All fixed-price contracts include up to 2 rounds of minor revisions within the original project scope. Any major structural changes or additions outside the initial agreement will be handled via a separate change order or additional milestone.
### 3. Communication & Availability
* **Updates:** For longer-term projects or ongoing operations management, I provide regular milestone status reports.
* **Channels:** All critical project communication, file sharing, and approvals will be conducted directly through the Guru Workroom to maintain clear documentation.
* **Availability:** I maintain professional, responsive communication and typically respond to Workroom messages within 12–24 hours on business days.
### 4. Support & Handover
* **Excel/VBA Projects:** Final delivery includes user-friendly documentation or a brief video walkthrough ensuring your team knows how to operate the automated tools or dashboards seamlessly.
* **Post-Launch Support:** I provide a 7-day post-delivery warranty to fix any bugs or formula errors identified after final handover at no extra cost.
