Work Terms

Work Terms & Availability
I am available for 20–30 hours per week and can adjust my schedule to match client time zones. I am open to both short-term tasks and long-term projects, depending on client requirements.

Hours of Operation
My standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM IST. I can also be available on weekends for urgent or priority work if needed.

Payment Terms
I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects to ensure clarity and progress tracking. For hourly projects, billing is done on a weekly basis. I am also open to fixed-price arrangements depending on the scope of work.

Communication Style
I believe in clear, professional, and transparent communication. I provide regular updates on project progress and respond to messages within 12–24 hours. Communication can be done via Guru chat, or Zoom/Google Meet, based on client preference.
