Work Terms
- Scope and timeframes will be provided at time of quote acceptance, it is provided on the understanding of goodwill and will not be shared with competitors of Suit-the-Case Training Ltd. without express consent.
- All quotations provide will remain valid, for up to 60 days.
- An upfront payment will be requested of upto 50% to be held in Escrow by Guru.com prior to commencement of Service
- All other milestone deliverables will need to be paid within 28 days of delivery
- Quotes do not include consultant travel expenses, travel will be undertaken subject to agreement with all parties and responsibility for travel related expenditure will be outlined in the Service Contract.
- Work which fall outside the remit of the initial scopt e.g. additional Instructional Design will be charged at an hourly rate.
