Structural Engineer with 20+ years of professional experience in the design, analysis, and construction supervision of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Delivered 100+ structural projects, including reinforced concrete high-rises up to 22 storeys and developments up to 59,800 m² GFA, across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and modular building sectors.

Successfully delivered projects across Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, and Cambodia, applying multiple design codes: Vietnamese Standards (TCVN), ACI 318 & AISC 360 (US), BS 8110 (British), and AS/NZS standards for modular exports to Australia and New Zealand.

I work primarily through written communication (email, detailed briefs, documented requirements) to ensure precise scope alignment, and I'm happy to join video calls as needed with notes/summary follow-up to confirm agreed action items.

Open to remote, part-time, and long-term collaboration with engineering firms, architects, and construction companies worldwide.

Work Terms

Video calls are welcome when needed, with a written summary follow-up to confirm agreed action items.

- Availability: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (GMT+7). Typically available 8AM–10PM ICT for part-time/remote engagements — good overlap with New Zealand, Australia, and UK/Europe working hours, plus flexible async turnaround for US-based clients.

- Project scope and deliverables (drawings, calculation reports, models) should be agreed in writing before work begins. Revisions within the agreed scope are included; significant scope changes will be discussed and quoted separately.

- Rates depend on project complexity, scale, and required software/code standards — please message with project details for an accurate quote.

- All communication and files are kept within the Guru platform (SafePay) to ensure transparency and payment protection for both parties.
