I am a 57 year old mechanical design engineer with over 35 years experience.
1)I designed and build over 28 steel roll forming machines, including the roll design, electrical specifications and shearing applications.
2) Press tool design, from manual hand feed to full automatic including porpoise made and design presses. This include all types of materials and product quantity delivery per hour applications.
3) Product development using many different materials, including, wood, polymers, aluminum, all types off steel grades and carbon fiber. This includes an cost analysis, production demands and packaging requirements.
4) Materials handling includes conveyors, staking, raking vibrato bowl transport and many more.
5) Automation in most machine design disciples, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical disciplines.
