My agents are working in my office. They are cherry picked who are good in English communication, and has a minimum Real Estate experience for 2 years.
We highly do not allow agents to work at home as we cannot secure if they have good internet connection or loud background noise. We provide them high end equipment to perform best during the cold calling.
